8 Best Döner Kebabs in Warsaw

Looking for the best kebab in Warsaw? We’ve put together a ranking of places serving the tastiest kebabs, with truly juicy meat, fresh vegetables, and homemade sauces.

And if you are into more than just kebabs, take a look at our rankings of Warsaw’s best burger spots and pizzerias.

1. Kebab „U Karima”

Kebab U Karima is a benchmark for Warsaw. The meat here is prepared with special care – grilled until golden brown, with the perfect balance of spices. The chicken kebab is exceptionally juicy, while the chicken and lamb combo brings out the full depth of flavor.

Even the small portion is enough to satisfy your hunger, and the large one is simply impressive in size. The meat comes with fresh vegetables and a signature white dill sauce. The pita stays crisp and does not fall apart in your hands. The menu includes chicken, lamb, mixed meat, and falafel options.

The prices are slightly above average, but the portion sizes and quality fully justify them. The fries served on the side make a perfect addition to the meal.

2. Hayat Kebab

Hayat Kebab stands out above all for the quality of its meat. They use fresh chicken and beef, and also offer a mix of both, as well as vegetarian falafel. Everything is well balanced – the meat stays juicy, and the vegetables are fresh and crunchy.

It is especially nice that the fries are made to order rather than reheated in advance. Even so, the waiting time is only 5 to 7 minutes. In addition to the standard menu, you can also try their spiced ethnic tea.

3. BLACK KING’S KEBAB

At Black King’s Kebab, they serve huge kebab portions with chicken cut into large, juicy pieces. The place’s signature touch is the black tortilla, which definitely catches the eye, although it does not affect the taste.

4. Chata Wariatta Praga

At Chata Wariatta in Praga, they make one of the best falafels in the city – crispy and without a trace of excess oil. The kebab is also excellent: juicy meat, a spicy sauce that is actually spicy, and a delicate garlic sauce. The portions are huge, the staff work fast, and the constant stream of locals confirms the quality.

The only downside is that there is very little seating, but the food is definitely worth taking to go.

5. Aayat Kebab

Aayat Kebab makes one of the best kebabs in Warsaw – juicy meat cooked just right, good spices, vegetables, and plenty of add-ons. The portions are huge: half of a medium roll is enough to fill you up. You can choose chicken, beef, or a mix, and there are also excellent falafels for vegetarians.

6. Praski Kebab

Praski Kebab in Warsaw draws you in with its aroma long before you even see it. The menu puts the focus on lavash – soft, fresh, and baked just enough. It is generously filled with meat cooked until it develops a characteristic crust with a light crispness. The XL portion is impressive in size, although even the standard one is very filling. For now, kebabs are served through a window, but they are planning to open a summer terrace soon.

7. Astana Kebab

Astana Kebab wins people over with its juicy fillings – the Sultan Kebab is especially good with its two sauces. The chicken is tender, the beef is juicy, and the toasted pita with fries tucked inside makes the dish stand out. Even the medium size is impressive in portion. They use halal meat here.

8. Kebab Green Chili

Green Chili in Warsaw is a great find for lamb lovers. The lamb is juicy, cooked properly, and the staff prepare everything quickly. The menu also includes chicken and falafel, but the lamb is the real star. The prices are reasonable, although the furniture is already a bit worn out.
