7 Best Gyms in Warsaw

Each year, Warsaw welcomes more and more gyms – ranging from cozy neighborhood spots to massive fitness centers complete with pools and spa facilities. Modern equipment, expert trainers, spotless changing rooms, and proper ventilation – all these elements come together to create the perfect workout environment.

We’ve rounded up the capital’s top fitness clubs where the service quality will blow you away.

And if you’re looking to mix up your free time beyond the gym, take a look at our guides to Warsaw’s best restaurants, shopping centers, and nightlife spots.

1. Heart Gym & Wellness

Located in the Radisson Hotel, Heart Gym & Wellness is a two-floor fitness club offering everything you need for working out and recovery.

The first floor houses a cardio and functional training area complete with a punching bag. There’s also a separate group exercise room that members can use for individual workouts anytime. Head down to the ground floor, and you’ll find the strength training area fully equipped for a complete workout.

The 12.5-meter pool rarely gets busy on weekdays, though it tends to fill up on weekends. You can relax on the loungers nearby after your swim. The spa features two dry saunas – a cozy one that fits 3 people and a larger one for 5. They provide towels and refreshing lemonade for all guests.

Your membership includes free underground parking, towels, shower products, and body lotions. Wi-Fi comes standard too. If you’re interested, massage services and personal training are also available.

Members love that there’s never a wait for equipment, the ventilation and AC work great, everything’s kept clean, and all the machines are well-maintained. The gym keeps the music at a reasonable level so you can focus on your workout. The front desk staff is always happy to help if you need anything.

2. STELLAR premium fitness club

Right by the Hilton Hotel, you’ll find Stellar sports club with its impressive 25-meter swimming pool. The gym area is spacious and decked out with modern strength and cardio equipment – and best of all, it never feels packed, even during busy hours.

They run all sorts of group classes, from high-energy workouts to yoga, plus their personal trainers can help you create a custom fitness plan. After your workout, you can hit up the wellness area with its jacuzzis and saunas.

They take cleanliness and maintenance seriously – the equipment gets regular updates. They’ve recently given the locker rooms a facelift and upgraded the jacuzzi and sauna area.

3. So Well Gym

So Well Gym, next to the Grand Theater, keeps its doors open 24/7. The gym features top-of-the-line Technogym equipment, though some people mention they’d like to see more basic machines like hyperextension and adductor equipment.

Group classes are a big focus here, with options like stretching, Pilates, and yoga led by seasoned instructors. If you’re dealing with injuries or need recovery help, they have a specialized rehabilitation massage therapist. Members get perks like towels, shower supplies, slippers, drinks, and snacks.

The staff, including the front desk team, really knows their stuff and is always ready to help you nail the right form. Their personal trainers are great at putting together workout plans that match what you’re trying to achieve.

4. CHANGE Studio

CHANGE Studio, a new luxury fitness spot in the Elektrownia center, brings together four different fitness experiences: yoga, Pilates, strength training, and spa services.

They’ve invested in Italian Technogym equipment – everything from treadmills to strength stations. For group classes, there are two gorgeous studios with Himalayan salt walls and killer sound systems. The Pilates room features professional-grade Balanced Body reformers from LA, and the fitness area is stocked with high-end gear from Escape Fitness, PENT, and Bala.

One of their standout programs is “Train like a model” – perfect if you’re after toning and strengthening. The spa menu includes 12 different massages, from Balinese to sports massage, all done on fancy German-made Gharieni tables.

The design is pretty impressive too – the yoga studio has this beautiful glass ceiling for natural light, while the spa gives off super relaxing vibes with its mood lighting and wooden details.

It’s marketed as Warsaw’s priciest gym, and you can definitely see why in the quality of both the equipment and the space itself.

5. Papaj Gym Warsaw

Papaj Gym is a cozy spot tucked away in Warsaw’s Praga district, housed in a spacious room with high ceilings. They’ve got all the strength and cardio equipment you’d need for a solid workout. The main area fits around 40 people, which can be a bit tricky during rush hours – you might need to wait for some machines to free up.

The trainers are well-qualified and know their stuff, with both proper education and hands-on experience. They’ll set you up with personalized workout plans and keep a close eye on your form. Przemek, in particular, gets lots of praise for being both professional and great at keeping clients motivated.

You’ll find decent-sized locker rooms, plenty of mirrors to check your form, a sauna, and a chill-out area with coffee. There’s also an on-site supplement shop that runs regular partner deals.

They keep the energy up with techno music playing throughout. New members get a proper walkthrough of all the equipment, and you can always reach out for help through their Facebook chat.

6. GAMAGYM

GamaGym sits in a prime spot right by the Vistula River, featuring modern gym equipment and a separate space for group classes.

They’re open until 10 PM on weekdays and 8 PM on weekends – which might not work if you’re a night owl. Your membership comes with access to a Finnish sauna that includes aromatherapy and light therapy. While it can get busy during peak hours, the trainers are knowledgeable and make time for everyone.

Just heads up – they require a two-month minimum payment upfront, even if you’re planning to work out less frequently.

7. Quantum Fitness

Quantum Fitness isn’t what it used to be. Once a go-to spot, it’s slipped down our rankings lately because of mounting complaints about service quality and cleanliness.

The equipment selection is decent enough, but there’s often a shortage of bench press stations since they’re frequently taken up by personal training sessions. They do offer some nice extras like a Finnish sauna with salt therapy, a steam room, and cryotherapy. You can join group classes for yoga, Pilates, and HIIT workouts.

On the bright side, it’s in a convenient location and usually isn’t too crowded. They always keep bananas at the front desk for a quick energy boost. The downside? The staff often seems pretty disinterested in helping out.

Quantum Fitness might work if you’re mainly interested in group classes (though they’re offering fewer these days), but if you’re serious about your training, you’d probably want to look elsewhere.
